- Visit a farmers market and buy seasonal produce, baked goods, and other artisanal items [Ex: St. Lawrence Farmers’ Market (5:00 am - 3:00 pm every Saturday) Leslieville Farmers’ Market (every Sunday until December 14th from 9 am - 2 pm on 1470 Gerrard St. East)]
- Visit High Park, the biggest park in Toronto, and enjoy the beautiful fall scenery before winter. Make sure to check out the different restaurants, trails, events, and other attractions:
You can:
- Catch a show at the Canadian Stage Amphitheatre (Show availability varies, book at: canadianstage.com).
- Visit the High Park Animal Display (interact and feed animals year round). This is Canada’s oldest animal attraction !
- Enjoy a 30 minute scenic ride on the trackless train (runs daily from 10:00 am to dusk, prices range from 6-9$).
- Take a 2-hour tour through the park to see sculptures from the 1967 International Sculpture Symposium via ArtworxTO.
- Try a new fall recipe (ex: pies, ciders, teas, loaves, cookies, casseroles)

- Visit the Bruce’s Mill Conservation Area Go treetop trekking, zip-lining, hiking, or biking on a BMX track amidst the breathtakingly colorful foliage before the snow covers its beauty.
